Started watching Foundation this morning. I haven’t read the books, one episode in and I’m enjoying it.
Took a couple of days, but the new Mac Studio is all set for some hard work next week.
8 hours into migration with 10+ hours estimated to go, I really wish I’d thought ahead and bought a Thunderbolt cable. Still, it’s been nice to work on the laptop for a change 😎
Mac delivery postponed until Tuesday. Ah well, bit more time to sort the HD out.
New desktop Mac should be arriving today, and it’s my first desktop since 1999 that isn’t an iMac.
Ever since I replaced my first Mac (back in 1996 I think), I’ve linked two machines and copied one to the other. Not this time - going for current work only, and doing app installs from scratch.
